We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, refunds may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact. Proof of purchase is required for all transactions. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and successfully inspected by our team.
We accept size exchanges subject to product availability. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Exchanges will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
We currently ship across Kenya, with plans to expand internationally in the near future. Our delivery timelines are as follows:
